one-component sealing micro-mortar

Outside and inside

Horizontally and vertically

Trowel

Foundations
Usage:
- internal sealing against moisture penetrating from the outside (bath type)
- horizontal waterproofing, especially where it cannot be made of roll materials (construction breaks in monolithic structures)
- sealing external elements of underground structures of buildings exposed to groundwater (also under pressure) in old and new buildings
- sealing of tanks
Advantages:
- allows free flow of water vapour from damp structures
- resistant to negative water pressure
- may be applied inside and outside buildings on vertical and horizontal surfaces
- may be directly painted, plastered or clad with ceramic tiles
- inhibits the process of concrete carbonation
- UV resistant
- resistant to aggressive chemical solutions
- resistant to petrol and oils
- prevents the salting out of sulphate salts, reduces the penetration of chloride ions
- resistant to domestic sewage and swimming pool water
Selected technical parameters:
- water absorption limitation through concrete: 96%
- adhesion of the coating to concrete using the "pull off" method ≥ 3.0 MPa
- resistance to water under pressure 1.0 MPa
- water vapour permeability: 3.1 m
Consumption:
- approx. 1.5 kg/m2/1 mm
- dampproofing, thickness. 2 mm: consumption approx. 3.0 kg/m2
- waterproofing (water not exerting pressure), thickness. 2.5 mm: consumption approx. 3.75 kg/m2
- waterproofing (water exerting pressure), thickness. 3 mm: consumption approx. 4.5 kg/m2
Packaging:
- 20 kg
Specification:
- PN-EN 14891
- PN-EN 1504-2
