Road viaducts

Trackways
Usage:
- in the track construction system: for flexible filling of gaps between the track and other materials in a road lane (granite cobblestone, asphalt, concrete)
- for flexible filling of expansion joints between concrete slabs, concrete slabs and steel elements and cut asphalt, exposed to dynamic vehicular and pedestrian traffic
- for making resilient grouts of grooved rails or T-rails on concrete slabs, steel deck plates and running plates of tunnels with continuous support
- for sealing rail heads
Advantages:
- excellent adhesion to asphalt, concrete and steel substrates
- self-flowing, fills spaces well
- highly flexible, resilient and compressible
- dampens vibrations and reduces noise
- provides protection against stray voltage
- stable in compression, tension and shear
- safely takes over deflections of tram tracks
- enables precise positioning of rails, adapts to the ground
- resistant to de-icing salt dissolved in water
- frost and water resistant
Selected technical parameters:
- shore hardness, scale A: 50 ± 5
- peel strength –concrete substrate, pull-off: at least 2.0 MPa
- for joint filling of ≤70 mm width
Consumption:
- ca. 1.0 kg/dm3 of slit volume
Packaging:
- 10 kg (set)
Specification:
- PN-EN 14188-2
