Usage:
- protection of concrete structures and steel elements in industry and construction with exposure class XA1, XA2 and XA3;
- protective coatings for ballast and sewage tanks, e.g. in municipal and industrial sewage treatment plants
- securing concrete structures in inland and maritime hydrotechnical structures
- for priming steel and concrete structures after diluting with a lacquer solvent in the proportion of 3: 1 (paint: solvent)
Advantages:
- resistant to wastewater, acidic or alkaline media, water, sea and industrial atmosphere
- resistant to mechanical stress (abrasion, impact)
- excellent adhesion to mineral and steel surfaces
- free of coal tars and bituminous substances containing benzopyrene and aromatic amine hardeners
Selected technical parameters:
- rain resistance: after approx. 6 hours
- pull-off strength from concrete substrate, "pull-off" method: at least 2.0 MPa
Consumption:
- approx. 0.3 kg/m2 - priming
- approx. 0.6 kg/m2- proper layer
