Usage:
- priming of mineral and steel substrates prior to the application of the epoxy membrane
- in fastening and support systems for tram rails for priming under polyurethane sealing compounds
- as a reinforcement for absorbent, porous and / or low-strength substrates
- as a bonding primer on sanded ceramic coverings, stone, terrazzo; for injection of scratches and cracks (with a maximum width of 3 mm)
Advantages:
- strengthens the primed substrate
- resistant to: acid or alkaline media, to water, frost, sea and industrial atmosphere
- may be used on very moist substrates
- short setting time, also on moist substrates
- adheres well to asphalt, concrete and steel surfaces
Selected technical parameters:
- pull-off strength from concrete substrate, "pull-off" method: at least 2.0 MPa
- drying time max. 6 h
- Shore hardness, D scale after 24 hours: approx. 65
Consumption:
- 0.25 – 0.5 kg/m2
